To diffuse in a traditional burner, simply fill dish with water and add a few drops of oil on top before lighting the candle. For electrical fragrancers, follow instructions given by the manual.

 

Dilute to a maximum of 1% in a carrier oil and use in massage to after a workout to ease sore muscles or massage over abdomen to help calm an upset stomach. Add a few drops to your shampoo to help refresh dull and greasy hair. Add 2-3 drops to a burner or vaporiser to help stimulate and refresh the mind. Place a few drops on to a handkerchief or sniff directly from the bottle to help clear the airways if suffering from a cold.

 

You may find that Spearmint blends particularly well with Rosemary, Eucalyptus, Lemon, Basil and Lavender.
