Orange (Sweet) Essential Oil 10ml

Uses

To diffuse in a traditional burner, simply fill dish with water and add a few drops of oil on top before lighting the candle. For electrical fragrancers, follow instructions given by the manual.

Add 3-4 drops to a vaporiser or traditional burner to help calm nervous tension, fill the home with a fresh, joyous scent and help you de-stress. A lovely one to use during the festive season to set the mood - try blending 2-3 drops in a burner with 2 drops Clove & 2 drops Cinnamon. Dilute to a maximum of 1% in a carrier oil and use in massage to help lift the mood and ease the muscles. Add 3-4 drops to a bath to help you relax before bed (try blending with other relaxing oils such as Lavender). A great one to use as a natural air freshener sue to its powerfully sweet and fresh scent - add 20-30 drops to 100ml of distilled water and decant into an atomiser/spray bottle.

Traditionally used as a muscle relaxant and soothing agent. Orange blends particularly well with lavender, neroli, clary sage, myrrh, nutmeg, cinnamon and clove.
