Grapefruit Essential Oil 10ml

Uses

To diffuse in a traditional burner, simply fill dish with water and add a few drops of oil on top before lighting the candle. For electrical fragrancers, follow instructions given by the manual.

Dilute to a maximum of 1% in a base lotion or cream for use on oily skin types. Add a few drops to your shampoo to help refresh and revive. Place 3-4 drops onto a flannel and place at the base of your shower. Allow the steam from the hot water to diffuse the energising scent for a little 'pick-me-up' in the morning. Enjoy a few drops diffused in a burner to help create a welcoming and comforting atmosphere in the home. Dilute to a maximum of 1% in a carrier oil and enjoy its uplifting and detoxifying properties in a massage

Grapefruit blends particularly well with bergamot, lavender, geranium, palmarosa and frankincense.
