Uses

Use in skincare to help balance oily, acne prone skin - dilute to a maximum of 1% with a base cream or lotion. Dilute to a maximum of 1% in a carrier oil and use in massage to help ease stress and tension. Add a few drops to a bath to help calm the mind and help wind down before bed. Diffuse to help create a relaxing atmosphere in the home
