Black Pepper Essential Oil 10ml

Uses

Dilute to a maximum of 1% in a carrier oil and use as a muscle rub after a session in the gym or the garden. Add a few drops to a burner to help energise and focus the mind (it blends beautifully with the citrus oils). Add a few drops to a warm bath to help ease the joints.
